Energy that allows you to be the way you choose. Maybe it's to make better decisions, to be more productive, to be more in the flow of life vs in resistance to life. Whatever your ask - your attention is the magic key.
Your attention and therefore energy is felt, very intently and intuitively by all the key people in your world - those who you want to love, help, support, grow, develop and influence.
Could be your partner, your kids, your team, key stakeholders, members of your community, it could also be a total stranger.
When people truly feel your attention, it's electric. You'll know this yourself when you've felt it from others. Wow, what a feeling! It shows how much you care, how invested you are, how important that person is to you.
And the great news? How you invest your attention is up to you. There are no limits or barriers, no rules or regulations. It's your choice.
